How booking actually works on Klozapp

Most booking apps show you a calendar full of open slots. Klozapp doesn't, on purpose — the people on Klozapp are usually busy public figures, not people who manage a booking calendar between other things. So instead of a calendar, there's a request.
A fan picks a creator, chooses a topic from that creator’s list, and writes a short message about what they’d like to talk about. That request goes straight to the creator — nothing is booked yet, and no money moves yet.
The creator reviews their requests whenever they have time, and for each one either declines it or accepts it with a specific date and time they choose. That’s the one part of the flow that’s entirely the creator’s call — there’s no negotiation back and forth inside Klozapp.
Once a request is accepted, the fan has a limited window to pay before it lapses. The call is only confirmed once that payment goes through, and the creator is only paid once the call actually happens — not the moment it’s booked.
The result: a creator’s time is only ever committed to something they actually agreed to, and a fan never pays for a slot that was never really open.
